DAILY GIST HUB gathered that popular Nollywood Murphy Afolabi is dead.
The 49-year-old popular Yoruba actor died in the early hours of today in his residence.
A Veteran film director and producer, Tunde Ola-Yusuf confirmed the passing via his Facebook page on Sunday afternoon.
“Rest in peace. May God give the family and close associates the fortitude to bear the loss,” he wrote.
DAILY GIST HUB recalls that Murphy Afolabi celebrated his birthday just over a week ago, precisely Friday, May 5.
