Popular Nigerian singer and the self acclaimed “werey olorin ” Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, recently took to the streets to distribute food items to some residents in Lagos State.
In the videos, that’s trending online the zazzu crooner was seen distributing food items such as rice, bread, and drinks to some of his fans.
The wahala musician generous act is coming barely 48 hours after he was freed from the police den.
Manuel Santibenez earlier gathered that Portable was arrested by police operatives on Friday after failing to honour invitations extended to him and was arraigned in court on Monday on a three-count charge bothering on assault and theft of musical equipment.
However, he was granted bail in the sum of N800,000 for the three charges with two sureties in like sum, by an Ogun State Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ifo.
The Magistrate ordered that the singer be remanded at the correctional centre in Ilaro pending the perfection of the bail conditions. He was later freed after perfecting his bail conditions.
After his release, Portable had promised to change for good.
The case was adjourned to the 26th of April for the commencement of trial.
